Contact forms
If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you provide so the site owner can respond or manage the enquiry. Do not include confidential clinical, patient or sensitive personal information in the form.
Provider-link counts
If you choose Accept cookies, the site may record a provider-link click as a daily aggregate total. The count is not connected to a visitor, IP address, device, session or referrer. Choosing Reject prevents this measurement.

Provider links open in a new tab. Those external websites have their own privacy information and cookies, which are outside this directory’s control.
